When is early bird registration

It pays to sign up for Saba Insight early. When you register for Saba Insight by April 30, 2017 you’ll get a full pass at a discounted rate of only $900 per person. Basically, minimum cost, maximum value.

When is regular registration?

When you sign up after April 30, 2017, your full pass to Saba Insight will be at our list rate of $1,300 per person. And from inspiring, trend-setting speakers to the best and brightest of your peers, to fantastic entertainment and networking, we guarantee it’ll be well worth the investment.

What is included with my registration fee?

Your Saba Insight 2017 registration is packed with value. With your registration, you’ll get access to the Welcome Reception, all conference sessions, breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout, and of course, an exclusive invitation to the Saba Family Reunion and an afternoon “Tour of Boston” of your choice!

Who will be attending Saba Insight 2017?

At Saba Insight, you’ll be learning alongside learning and talent leaders and practitioners of all levels, from virtually every industry and locale. Our sessions were designed to ensure that there’s something for everyone, from the latest business and talent trends, to next practices and thought leadership, to product case studies, and tips and tricks for administrators. When will I get my conference pass?

Register online at any time, and when you arrive on site at Boston Westin Waterfront, you’ll check in, and pick up your badge, conference swag, and more! Our Insight Info Center and Registration Desk will be open on Monday July 24 and Tuesday July 25 and we’ll be eagerly anticipating your arrival!

When is the Saba University Pre-Conference Training?

Get ready for power learning. Saba University Technical Training will be held all day on Monday, July 24, 2017. We’ll be offering both morning and afternoon sessions. Each session will be 4 hours, and from deep dive sessions for learning administrators, to hands-on Content or Performance Bootcamps, you’re going to leave the day feeling like a master of the Saba universe. Each session is $450 each, with breakfast or lunch provided, depending on your selection. Please see the Agenda Tab for Saba University course descriptions.

Does the Saba Insight 2017 registration fee cover Saba University Training?

No. Saba University Training will be held on Monday, July 24, 2017 before the official event kicks off. Saba University Training is offered at $450 per course, and each session is 4 hours in length. Breakfast or lunch is included depending on the session you choose.

What is the dress code for Saba Insight 2017?

Rule #1, be comfortable! Rule #2, see Rule #1. There is no set dress code for Saba Insight 2017 – wear what feels most conducive to learning, networking and having fun!

Where will Saba Insight 2017 be held?

Saba Insight 2017 will be hosted in Boston, MA. Founded in 1630, Boston is one of the oldest cities in the U.S., and its Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile walking route of historic sites, tells the dramatic story of our nation’s founding. Our event will be held at the 4-Star Westin Boston Waterfront, 425 Summer St, Boston MA, in the heart of one of the most vibrant and historic cities in the nation.

How do I get a hotel room?

We have a block of guest rooms set aside at the 4-Star Westin Boston Waterfront at a daily rate of $259 (not including taxes and hotel fees). When you register for Saba Insight, you’ll have the option of booking your guest room at this discounted rate, at the same time as your conference registration.

Can I book a block of rooms for my group? Can I get a group discount?

We’d love to host your group! If you’re bringing your team with you, please contact SabaInsight2017@travelhq.com for questions about booking for larger groups. Our negotiated rate at the Weston Boston Waterfront for individuals or groups of any size is $259 per night (exclusive of taxes and fees).

What’s the closest airport?

If you’re flying, you’ll want to head to Boston Logan International Airport. The Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel is conveniently located less than 3 miles from Boston Logan.

What is the best way to get to the hotel, or get around the city?

The best way to navigate the bustling city of Boston is going to be taxi, or rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Boston also has ample public transportation, including bus and subway. Find your route by visiting Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.

Do I have to stay at the Westin?

No, you don’t HAVE to, but you’ll want to. All Saba Insight 2017 meetings, networking events and group activities will be held on site at the Westin, so why not stay in the heart of the action? Besides, not having a commute for a few days means you can stay up later, and get a few extra minutes of sleep in the morning! How luxurious!

What is the refund policy for Saba Insight 2017 tickets?

Unfortunately, once booked, we can’t offer refunds for Saba Insight tickets. BUT… if your schedule changes unexpectedly and you can’t attend, you can transfer the ticket to another friend or staff member. If you find yourself in that position, please contact SabaInsight2017@travelhq.com and we’ll make sure your ticket gets put to good use.
